We understand that sometimes events in life take priority over a
doctor's visit, so we try to accomodate missed appointments and
cancellations to our best ability. However, we would like to offer a
newly vacant time slot to a patient that needs it, so we have set up a
rule of guidelines:
- Cancelled Appointments
- Please give at least 48 hours notice so that we may reschedule your
appointment and have adequate time to fill the vacant time slot.
- Missed Appointments - Please give advance notice if you can, but if that cannot be done, we will call and reschedule your appointment.
Please
keep in mind that over a three-year period, the second time an
appointment is missed, a missed appointment fee of $40 may be charged,
and the third time may result in a discharge from our practice.
