Dr. L.E. Shepherd is a board-certified Physician who received his medical degree from the Duke University School of Medicine in 1985.  After completing his residency with the North Carolina Academy of Family Physicians in 2002.  Dr. L.E. Shepherd began work at the Healthcare Business Consultants in 2003.  Dr. L.E. Shepherd resides in Richmond, Virgina with his wife and two boys Justin and Kevin.
